ORDERING
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order:
- Correct Size
- Correct Address (including Apt/Flat #)
- Correct Email
- Proper Punctuation
Afro Sleepworld cannot take responsibility for incorrect information.
SHIPPING
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders being dispatched within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
You should therefore receive your order within 1-5 business days.
Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
All orders over £50 include free shipping in the UK. For orders under £50, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
For domestic priority and express delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery.

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS
For the safety of our staff and customers, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time due to COVID-19.
Usually, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email afrosleepworld@gmail.com to get a return started. Items must be sent back to Afro Sleepworld warehouse and will be reviewed to ensure no damages before a customer receives a refund.
If your return doesn’t meet the above criteria, we unfortunately cannot refund you. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping cost. Afro Sleepworld is not liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in-transit. Please be sure to keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
